Which sales channels and shipping platforms do you support?+
We ship with native integrations for the most common sales channels, shipping platforms, and supplier feeds, and we add more every month based on customer requests. CSV import/export and a webhook API cover anything we don't natively connect to yet. See the Integrations page for the current list.
What scanner do I need?+
Pear is built for real warehouse scanners — industrial Android handhelds are the primary target, and we ship a turnkey scanner profile that configures the device in seconds. Any Android scanner that emits keystroke input also works. At a packing desk, any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner works. A phone PWA is available for spot scans, but we'd recommend a dedicated warehouse device for full-day picking.
Can I migrate from another WMS?+
Yes. Today migration is CSV-based (products, stock, locations, suppliers). We're building a guided onboarding tool that detects exports from common WMS platforms and walks you through field mapping and validation — so you can self-serve the move instead of waiting on a services team.
How does onboarding work?+
Self-serve. Connect your sales channel and shipping platform, import your catalog, label your bins, and you're scanning. We do not do heavy white-glove onboarding — instead we're investing in tooling that makes setup obvious. Email support is included if you get stuck.
Is there a setup fee?+
